Definitions and Parties

"Blank Design Studio"

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "The Company," "We," "Us," and "Our" shall refer to Blank Design Studio Ltd, its owners, employees, and affiliates. Blank Design Studio is a provider of subscription-based design services, operating through the website www.blankdesign.co.nz. The Company is registered under the laws of New Zealand.

"The Customer"

"The Customer," "You," and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such person is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. The Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and is the entity entering into this agreement for the subscription of design services provided by The Company.

1. Introduction

Welcome to Blank Design Studio. We offer a monthly subscription service providing design work delivered within an average of 48 hours. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our service and website. By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Service Description

We provide design services on a subscription basis. Our service allows for an unlimited number of design requests, with work conducted on one task at a time. Each task is completed on average within 48 hours, subject to the complexity and requirements of the request.

2.2 Subscription Management

Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled at any time. Changes will take effect after the current billing month. Access to the service during the pause period will be suspended.

2.3 Request Process

Design requests must be submitted through Jira or Notion. Our team will prioritize and work on one request at a time per customer. The number of request that can be worked on can be increased by subscribing to higher tiers.

3. Payment

3.1 Fees

Subscription fees are billed monthly. The fee covers the cost of accessing our design services for the duration of the subscription period.

3.2 Billing

We accept credit card payments through our website. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

3.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Ownership

All design work created for you as part of the subscription service is owned by “The Customer”.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our team. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Blank Design Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. You will be notified of any changes and must agree to the updated terms to continue using our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
